This guy is growing strong this season. Next year it’s going to blow up. This is the first year we can enjoy the fruits of our looms. Vitamin C is something most mammals produce through biosynthesis, but humans aren’t one of them! It is something you and I need to supplement. I like getting a hefty does through citrus fruits! You can take supplements, but the purest form comes from natural resources. Nature produces vitamin C in abundance. Some people actually take vitamin C shots! Whatever your choice is, just make a choice! A Vitamin C deficiency leads to symptoms of weakness, anemia, gum disease, and skin problems. This is because vitamin C is needed for making collagen, an important component in connective tissues. Although I take vitamin C from time to time, my favorite source grows out back!
